Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Study Consulting LTD is committed to making www.study-consulting.co.uk accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

We want all visitors to be able to access information about our services, courses and UK study opportunities regardless of the technology or device they use.

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

We aim to design and maintain our website in a way that supports accessibility, usability and inclusion.

Where reasonably practicable, we are working towards alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

WCAG provides internationally recognised recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

2. What You Should Be Able to Do

We aim to make it possible for users to:

  • navigate the website using a keyboard;
  • access the website using desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
  • zoom into website content without losing important information;
  • read content using commonly available assistive technologies;
  • understand headings and page structures;
  • identify links and buttons clearly;
  • access information using sufficient colour contrast;
  • use forms with clear labels and instructions;
  • understand important information without relying only on colour.

We will continue reviewing these areas as the website develops.

3. Website Structure and Navigation

We aim to maintain a clear and consistent website structure.

Our main navigation provides access to important sections such as:

  • Home;
  • About;
  • Services;
  • Courses;
  • Team;
  • Contact.

Legal and information pages are available through the website footer.

We aim to use descriptive headings and meaningful links so that visitors can understand where a link will take them.

4. Text and Readability

We aim to present information using:

  • clear headings;
  • readable font sizes;
  • appropriate spacing;
  • clear contrast between text and backgrounds;
  • straightforward language where possible;
  • consistent page layouts.

Users may also use browser accessibility tools to enlarge text or zoom into a page.

5. Images and Alternative Text

Where images provide meaningful information, we aim to provide appropriate alternative text where reasonably possible.

Decorative images may not require alternative descriptions if they do not provide information necessary to understand the page.

As we add new images and content to the website, we will continue reviewing image accessibility.

6. Forms

Our website may include forms for:

  • general enquiries;
  • contact requests;
  • course enquiries;
  • future application enquiries.

We aim to ensure form fields have understandable labels and instructions.

If you experience difficulty completing a form, please contact us and we will try to provide the information or assistance through an alternative method.

7. Video and Social Media Content

Our website may link to or display content connected with platforms including:

  • Facebook;
  • Instagram;
  • TikTok;
  • LinkedIn;
  • WhatsApp.

Accessibility of content hosted directly on those external platforms may depend on the accessibility features provided by the relevant third party.

Where Study Consulting creates new video or multimedia content, we will aim to consider accessibility features such as captions or accompanying text where appropriate.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

Parts of our website are built using WordPress and associated website technology.

The website may also contain links to or features provided by third parties.

We may not have complete control over the accessibility of third-party services, external websites or embedded content.

However, we aim to choose and configure website services with accessibility in mind where reasonably practicable.

9. Current Accessibility Status

Study Consulting is continuing to develop and improve this website.

The website has not yet undergone a full independent WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit.

For this reason, we do not currently claim that the website is fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA.

Government accessibility guidance recommends that a website should only be described as fully compliant where it meets the applicable WCAG requirements in full.

We intend to review accessibility as new pages, forms, services and functionality are introduced.

10. Known Accessibility Issues

We are not currently aware of any major accessibility issue that intentionally prevents visitors from accessing the principal information on our website.

However, because the website is developing and has not yet undergone a comprehensive accessibility audit, there may be areas that require improvement.

These could potentially include:

  • alternative text for some images;
  • colour contrast in some design elements;
  • keyboard navigation within certain WordPress or third-party components;
  • accessibility of embedded or externally hosted content;
  • form labelling;
  • compatibility with particular assistive technologies.

If you identify a problem, please contact us.

11. What We Are Doing to Improve Accessibility

We aim to improve accessibility by:

  • reviewing new website content before publication;
  • maintaining clear page structures;
  • using consistent headings and navigation;
  • reviewing colour contrast;
  • providing alternative text where appropriate;
  • keeping forms as clear and simple as possible;
  • testing desktop and mobile layouts;
  • reviewing accessibility when website functionality changes;
  • considering WCAG 2.2 AA guidance during future website development.

Accessibility should be considered as websites and digital services are developed and updated, rather than treated only as a one-off task.

12. Feedback and Accessibility Problems

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, please contact us.

It is helpful if you tell us:

  • which page you were trying to use;
  • what problem you experienced;
  • which device or browser you were using;
  • what assistance or alternative format you require.

We will aim to review accessibility feedback and provide reasonable assistance where possible.

13. Requesting Information in Another Format

If you need information from our website in another accessible format, please contact us.

Depending on your needs and the information requested, we will consider reasonable alternatives.

Please explain what information you require and your preferred format.
